Pricing is as listed on our website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Square. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the stated intervals until you cancel.

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate content, make calls, and automate workflows. AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is used in your business operations.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Opulent Bots, you consent to receive automated SMS and MMS messages related to:
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their MVNOs. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may purchase our services without opting in to SMS.
TCPA Compliance: We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations regarding automated messaging. We maintain records of opt-in consent and honor all opt-out requests immediately.
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described therein.
All content, technology, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our Services are owned by Opulent Bots LLC. You retain ownership of your business data and content you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Services.
Our Services integrate with third-party providers (including VAPI, Square, Calendly, and others). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPULENT BOTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACHIEVE SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULTS.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period unless you request an export. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellation refunds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
