Refund Policy

At Opulent Bots LLC ("Opulent Bots," "we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for our Services.

1. Refund Eligibility

Monthly Subscription ($187/mo) After billing No prorated refunds — service remains active until end of billing period

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your name, email, and order details:

  • Subject Line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom development, integrations, or consulting work performed by the founder or team
  • Third-party service costs incurred on your behalf (domain registration, API credits, etc.)
  • Setup fees after 7 days from purchase date
  • Subscription fees after the billing date for that period

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to all features until the end of your paid period
  • Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation
  • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
  • AI voice services (Zeus calls) will stop immediately upon cancellation

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

6. Beta Program Considerations

During our beta period, we understand that some features may not work as expected. If a core feature described at the time of purchase is materially unavailable or non-functional for more than 7 consecutive days, you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that transaction.
