Beta Program — Data Usage Notice: During our beta period, data from your interactions with Zeus AI — including voice calls, text inputs, form submissions, and usage patterns — may be used to train and improve our AI models. You may opt out at any time by emailing privacy@opulentbots.com with subject line "Opt Out of Training Data." We will honor your request within 30 days.

Opting out does not affect your access to the Services
Previously used training data will be excluded from future model training upon request
We will never sell your data to third parties for their own training purposes

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (VAPI for voice, Square for payments, Vercel for hosting)
With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by law.

6. SMS and Telephony Data

When you opt in to our SMS messaging program or use our voice AI features, we collect and process additional data:

SMS Data

Phone Numbers: Your mobile phone number provided at opt-in
Message Content: The content of SMS/MMS messages sent and received
Opt-In/Opt-Out Records: Timestamps and method of consent and withdrawal
Delivery Status: Message delivery confirmations and failures

We do not share your phone number or SMS data with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS data is only shared with our messaging service provider (Twilio) for the purpose of delivering messages.

SMS Data Retention: We retain SMS opt-in consent records for 7 years to comply with TCPA regulations. Message content is retained for 90 days for service quality purposes, then deleted.

Voice and Call Data

Call Recordings: AI voice calls may be recorded with appropriate disclosure
Transcripts: Call audio is transcribed for service delivery and quality
Call Metadata: Duration, timestamps, caller/callee numbers

Voice data is processed by our telephony partners (Twilio, VAPI) under their respective privacy policies. Call recordings are retained for 90 days unless you opt out of recording.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. After account termination, we retain data for up to 30 days before deletion, unless:

Required by law to retain longer
You request an export before deletion
Data has been anonymized for analytics
SMS consent records (retained 7 years per TCPA)

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of your personal data
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion: Request deletion of your data
Opt Out: Opt out of AI training data usage
Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
Restriction: Request restriction of processing

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access our Services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
